What happens after I purchase on your website? 

- Once you purchase on the site, the system will automatically send you an initial template via email to begin services 

 

How should customers communicate with you?

Logos is 7-10 business days.

websites 14-30 business days

branding packages 30-90 days 

Revisions require 2 additional business days.

* designer not responsible when client delays to send in requested information. completion times may be extended due to client volume 

* Clients cannot rush delivery without paying fee to expedite or having prior arrangement with designer

Strategy Sessions

NO refunds on any 1on1 call when :

customer is no call no show 

customer fails to reschedule,

customer doesn't answer designated line at time of call

Project Reactivation 

- Any project that is not responded to within 30 days becomes inactive and requires project reactivation fee in order to use old project credit. This fee is applied towards reassigning team member to your project and replacing you on schedule

Refund Policy

- Full refunds will only be considered within 24hours of initial purchase. NO refunds granted for work that has been started or partially done. NO refunds when customer fails to send in requested project information and does not notify designer. Partial refunds considered dependent upon individual customer disputes.
